Refund policy
We hope you love your order — but if something’s not quite right, no worries.
You can return any unused item within 30 days for a full refund.
How Returns Work
- Drop us an email at hello@fieldandwing.co.uk with your order number
- We’ll send over simple return instructions
- Once your return arrives back with us, we’ll process your refund within 10–15 days
What Can Be Returned?
Anything unused and in its original condition with packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are sent back to your original payment method once we’ve received and checked your return.
Need a Different Item?
The fastest option is to place a new order for the item you’d prefer and send the original back to us for a refund.
A Few Exceptions
There are a few items we can’t accept returns on, including:
- Perishable goods (like food, flowers or plants)
- Personalised or made-to-order products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
